Hi, I’m Carolyn.

I'm a Los Angeles based writer whose work has appeared on television and in magazines, books, and podcasts. I am currently working as a writer on the show “Hacks” on HBO Max. I produced the podcasts “Renegades: Born in the USA” with Barack Obama and Bruce Springsteen, “The Sum of Us” with Heather McGhee and worked on The Michelle Obama podcast. Previously, I worked on hulu’s “The Dropout,” and wrote jokes for the 2020 Biden campaign. My writing has appeared in New York Magazine, Forbes, Teen Vogue and Food & Wine Magazine, among others. Outside of work I am a proud mother to the best cats in the world and a 7 1/2 quart le creuset dutch oven.
