Hi, I’m Carolyn.

I'm a Los Angeles based writer whose work has appeared on television and in magazines, books, and podcasts. I co-wrote an episode of season 3 of “Hacks” on HBO Max and worked in the writers room as the script coordinator. I produced the podcasts Renegades: Born in the USA with Barack Obama and Bruce Springsteen, “The Sum of Us” with Heather McGhee and worked on the Michelle Obama podcast. Previously, I worked as the writer’s assistant, script coordinator and research assistant on hulu’s “The Dropout,” wrote jokes for the 2020 Biden campaign and developed television series for Keshet Studios and Comedy Central. My writing has appeared in New York Magazine, Forbes, Teen Vogue and Food & Wine Magazine, among others. Outside of work I am a proud mother to the best cats in the world and a 7 1/2 quart le creuset dutch oven.
